Liquidus is actively participating in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management and sale of foreclosed real estate assets located in South Florida with a focus on Miami Dade County.  Assets are bid on and acquired via public auction held weekly on line through the Dade County Courthouse.   The focus of Liquidus’ acquisition efforts is centered around the single family and multifamily type properties located in dense family areas with retail values below $2Million.
